Tshepo has experience in many areas of litigation including, but not limited to, employment litigation and Labour related disputes, Trusts and Administration of deceased Estates, Family Law, the commercial services industry and contractual –related matters. Tshepo is an admitted attorney, with right of appearance in all Magistrate Court and Labour Court across South Africa. Prior to being admitted as an attorney, Tshepo was involved in various leadership roles, and was a research student to Honourable Professor Bradley Smith, who is one of the most respected Family Law academia in South Africa.
