Tshepo Maredi is currently the Director of Maredi Tshepo Attorneys. Prior to founding the firm, he served as a Professional Assistant to one of Johannesburg's Seasoned Criminal litigation Attorney, with 33 years experience in the litigation space. Tshepo during his time at the firm successfully expanded its business throughout the entire Johannesburg region. Tshepo has experience in many areas of litigation including, but not limited to, Employment Litigation and Labour related disputes, Trusts and Administration of deceased estates, Family Law, the Commercial Services industry and contractual related matters. Tshepo is an admitted attorney, with right of appearance in all Magistrate Court and Labour Court across South Africa. Prior to being admitted as an attorney, Tshepo was involved in various leadership roles, and was a research student to Honourable Professor Bradley Smith, who is one of the most respected Family Law academia in South Africa. Tshepo boast's about various academic achievement awards he has during his articles of clerkship years and managed to successfully arbitrate labour disputes matters at Johannesburg and Pretoria CCMA respectfully. Tshepo has served as a Junior Attorney for numerous newsworthy cases, including the famous assault case of Themba Sonnyboy Sekowe, famously known as Dj Maphorisa and Actress and socialite Thuli Phongolo. The matter was successfully mediated and Withdrawn from Randburg Magistrate Court. Last but not least, Tshepo prides himself on being involved in uplifting and meaningful organizations in his spare time, currently a member of black Lawyers Association.
